4 Beef Hotdogs

2 Cans Kidney Beans

1 Can Whole Tomatoes

1 Can Tomato Paste

1 Onion

2 Plum tomatoes

3 Cloves Garlic

1/4 Cup Olive Oil

3 Tbs. Brown Sugar

Splash Worcestershire Sauce

Black Pepper

Oregano

Garlic Powder

Onion Powder

Paprika

1 Tomato Bullion Cube

3 Tbs Mole Paste

Chili Flakes

Cilantro

2 Scallions

Steps

  1. Wash the tops of the cans, wash veggies, slice and dice. Put olive oil in a pot and put on medium low heat.

  2. Place in the garlic and chili flakes. You’re not frying it. You’re infusing the oil with the flavor of it. After its infused for about 5 minutes. Add in the onion and cilantro. Let that get magical for another five minutes.

  3. Introduce the tomato paste. Stir and cook until it is fully infused.

  4. Add hotdogs and stir to combine. Pour in entire contents of canned whole tomatoes.

    Put bullion cube and mole paste in a bowl. Add two cups hot water and stir to dissolve. Add to pot.
