Smash burgers
Minced beef
2 x eggs
4 x heap table spoons of Bread crumbs
Salt
Ground pepper
1 x red
Yello Mustard
1 x table spoon of smoked Paprika
1 dollop of Worcestershire sauce
2 x garlic cloves
StepsMix the mince, eggs and bread crumbs
Add all the spices, cut the chilli finely and crush the garlic. Add a good glug of Worcestershire sauce
Make the mix into palm sized balls, heat up some oil and squash the burger (smash em!)
Gently fry them, patting down and flip them often. Your after a thin, slight crispy coating.
Make a foil dome, add cheese to taste and some diced onions. The dome will help the cheese melt.
Toast the bun...
