1 quart Bald eagle relish makes
4 C. Diced shredded cabbage
1 cup diced yellow onion
Half cup grated carrot
1 tablespoon minced garlic
3 cups dill pickle relish
4 tablespoons ground black pepper
Half cup chili powder
4 tablespoons paprika
2 tablespoons celery salt
3 tablespoons packed brown sugar
Quarter cup apple cider vinegar
3 cups browned deli mustard
Steps
1. For the relish in a medium bowl combine all the ingredients except the mustard mix in the mustard bit by bit until the ingredients are well coated but not runny, refrigerate and serve next day store covered in refrigerator for up to three weeks
