Ingredients
1 cup Soya granules
500 ml water for soaking
Salt to taste
2 tsp Chickpea flour
1 tsp Coriander powder turmeric powder red chilli powder
tsp Dry roast fennel powder to
Clarified butter or oil for shallow frying
1 tsp Green cardamom powder dry ginger powder cinnamon powder
1 tsp Nutming powder, dry roast kasuri methi powder

Steps

  1. 1. So the Soya granules in hot water at least 20 minutes

  2. 2. Now squaze then as such that there is no water in the granules

  3. 3. Now in a mixer grinder grind them corsy

  4. 4. Now add all the spices mentioned above in the ingredients section expect oil and chickpea flour

  5. 5. Now add chickpea flour for binding

  6. 6. Now greas some oil in the palm, now shape them like kabab, and shallow fry on low to medium flame for 10 to 15 minutes between that flip over both the side..now surve with your favourite dip. Thank you
