Garlicky Prawns
Ingredients
1 serving
10 baby
prawns (pink shrimp)
1 Tbsp
butter
1/2 Tbsp
vegetable oil
1 Tbsp
minced garlic
Half a lemon
Salt and
pepper to taste
Steps
1. Make sure your prawns are completely thawed, cleaned, and paper towel dried
2.Heat oil and butter over high heat in a saucepan. Sauté garlic until fragrant
3. Toss prawns into the garlicky butter, sprinkle salt and pepper. Cook first side for 1minute till golden brown before turning the other side
4. Squeeze lemon juice over prawns, take off heat and serve hot with mashed potato or bread
