Ingredients

 6-8 servings

1 shortcrust pastry

300 g fresh or frozen blueberries (brimbelles)

Steps

1. 1. Prepare your homemade shortcrust pastry (follow my video recipe by the link https://youtu.be/vZy_yMnwvrk) or take a store-bought shortcrust pastry (about 2-3 mm thick).

   

   

2. 2. Spread it on a surface of floured work using a rolling pin.
