Ingredients
Ready made puff pastry
Onion 3 (thinly sliced)
Fennel powder 1tbs (adding fennel powder for easy digestion)
Chilli powder 1 and half tsp
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
Salt to taste
1 tbs Ginger garlic paste
Egg 4 (3 hard boiled) 1 for egg wash
4 tbs Oil
Coriander leaves chopped 1cup
1 tsp Pepper powder

Steps

  1. 1. Add oil in a pan fry onion for 5min, now add all the other ingredients, fry until well cooked

  2. 2. Divide boiled eggs into two, sprinkle pepper powder on each portion

  3. 3. Dust flour on the table and spread the puff pastry, roll in square shape, and cut desire size. (The thickness should be medium)

  4. 4. Keep prepared masala in the centre and keep egg on the top.

  5. 5. Wet the edges and fold opposite sides

  6. 6. Give an egg wash, and keep it in preheated oven 180°c for 20 min

  7. 7. Serve hot with ketchup.
