Banana steam cake

Ingredients
 4 servings
4 large eggs
184 ml extra virgin coconut oil
4 super big ripe bananas
150 gram brown sugar
250 gram organic all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon power
Pinch salt

Steps

  1. 1. Sieve flour, baking power and salt in a big bowl. Set aside.

  2. 2. Mash bananas with a folk add soda bicarbonate. Set aside.

  3. 3. Beat egg and sugar. Mix until sugar has dissolved, add coconut oil, mashed bananas, cinnamon powder and vanilla extract. Mixed well.

  4. 4. Finally fold in sifted flour mixture in a grease cake pan.

  5. 5. Prepare steamer 10 minutes in advance and make sure the water is boiling before you put in the mixture.

  6. 6. Steamed at high heat for 40-45 minutes.
