Seabass in Creamy Sauce

Ingredients
2 seabass fillets
Chives (chopped)
2 shallots (finely chopped)
1/3 glass white wine
lemon zest
1/3 glass cream
butter
side vegetable

Steps

  1. 1. In the pan, add oil and cook vegetable first, set aside.

  2. 2. Now the pan should be hot enough, add 2 tbsp butter.

  3. 3. Add fish on the pan, cook until browny.

  4. 4. In another smaller pan, add white wine and lemon zest in it.

  5. 5. Add shallot and cream on it on medium heat.

  6. 6. Add salt to taste and then in with chives.

  7. 7. Pour the sauce over the fish when serving.
