Mango Ice Cream Topper

Get some warm and flavor accent to that sweet vanilla bean ice cream.

Ingredients

 2-3 servings

4 Champagne Mangos

3 Tbsp White Sugar

0.5 oz White Spiced Rum (Captain Morgan's Silver)

1.5 oz Dark Spiced Rum (Kraken Black)

1 Tbsp Cornstarch

Steps

  1. 1. Get your mangos all cleaned out and put into a food processor. Chop it all up into a nice pulp.

  2. 2. Place within a pot with ALL ingredients. Continually stir while allowing to warm up on medium-low heat. Eventually the mixture will thicken up.

  3. 3. Server over french vanilla or vanilla bean ice cream.
