Curry Chicken
Very flexible recipe! Feel free to change the heat level with the curry block you useIngredients
4 people
4 medium golden potatoes
3 medium carrots
2 chicken breast
1/2 sweet onion
1 tbsp butter
2 tsp sugar
1/4 cup milk
1.5 Golden Curry block (whatever heat level you
prefer)
Salt to taste
Steps
Cut carrots, potatoes, and chicken breasts to small cubes. Slice the onion. Wash the potato cubes multiple times to remove extra starch.
Heat up a pan on medium high heat and add butter. When butter melts, add chicken. When chicken turns white or golden, add onion.
When onion starts looking translucent, add potatoes and carrots. Then add water to almost the surface level of all ingredients. Cook on high heat to boil and continue cooking for 3 minutes.
Add curry block, milk and sugar to the pan. Make sure the curry block melts completely, rather than sticking to the bottom. Continue cooking until the sauce gets thick.
Delicious Curry Chicken ready to serve!
