California Farm Stuffed Sweet Red Peppers with shrimp and fried rice
Steps
1. Float peppers in water, slice across the top
2. Remove inside, fill with cup of fried rice mixed with 2 eggs, tsp pepper sauce, cup of shrimp
3. Fry in bottom of peanut oil, slit part up, five minutes, 350F
4. Add oil till peppers float, fry five minutes, 350F
5. Drain in colander
6. Slice,serve warm, enjoy!
