Ingredients
4 servings
40 gr Unsalted butter
150 ml Milk
40 gr Sugar
1 Egg (M size, around 50 gr)
6 gr Yeast
230 gr Bread flour (strong flour / high protein flour)
70 gr Cake flour (low protein flour)
3 gr Salt
Steps
1. Preparation: Butter + milk. Put it in a pot and heat it over low heat and slowly wait for the butter to melt.
Pour hot milk into a large bowl, add sugar + eggs + yeast powder and mix well.
Add Bread flour + Cake flour + salt and mix into a dough.2. Put it on the table and continue to knead the dough for 10 minutes.
Put the dough in a large bowl and add a little vegetable oil.
Seal with plastic wrap.
3. Put the dough in a warmer place.4. Knead the dough on the table
Release the air in the dough.Then divide the dough into 16 portions.
Knead the dough into small balls.
Cover with plastic wrap or towel and leave for about 20 minutes.5. Now you can start to knead the dough into a twist shape
