Ingredients

 4 servings

40 gr Unsalted butter

150 ml Milk

40 gr Sugar

1 Egg (M size, around 50 gr)

6 gr Yeast

230 gr Bread flour (strong flour / high protein flour)

70 gr Cake flour (low protein flour)

3 gr Salt

Steps

  1. 1. Preparation: Butter + milk. Put it in a pot and heat it over low heat and slowly wait for the butter to melt.

     

    Pour hot milk into a large bowl, add sugar + eggs + yeast powder and mix well.
    Add Bread flour + Cake flour + salt and mix into a dough.

  2. 2. Put it on the table and continue to knead the dough for 10 minutes.
    Put the dough in a large bowl and add a little vegetable oil.
    Seal with plastic wrap.
    3. Put the dough in a warmer place.
