Stir-Fried Tomato Egg
Steps
1. Chop scallions in 1 inch and separate into green and white. Get about 3 inches scallion green and finely chop.
Cut tomatoes in halves.2. Crack eggs in a bowl, beat eggs and add 1/2 tsp Salt.
3. Heat up a wok with olive oil, scallion white, and minced ginger until fragrant. Add tomatoes and water, stir for 2 minutes.
4. Add Hondashi, 1/2 tsp salt, ketchup and 1-inch scallion green and mix well.
Move everything to the edge, in the middle add beaten eggs liquid. When eggs slightly firm, continue stirring gently.5. Sprinkle finely chopped scallion green on top. Serve immediately.
